Job Title: SharePoint Knowledge Manager

Job Summary:

Are you a cleared SharePoint knowledge manager? Do you want to utilize your skills and experience to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)? We want to speak to you!

The purpose of this position is to manage and maintain the DIA's SharePoint knowledge base. SharePoint Knowledge Manager who will be responsible for managing and maintaining the DIA's SharePoint knowledge base. The Knowledge Manager will work with DIA staff to ensure that the knowledge base is up to date and accurate, and will also be responsible for creating and maintaining training materials and documentation for SharePoint users. The Knowledge Manager will also be responsible for providing technical support to DIA staff and resolving SharePoint issues.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Processing large amounts of data for statistical modeling and graphic analysis (metrics)
  • Developing computer code to automate the collecting and processing of data
  • Producing results of analyses in graphs, charts, tables, and metrics
  • Planning and performing data collection for projects
  • Developing, creating, and executing knowledge management strategies and frameworks to integrate and synchronize knowledge management
  • Establishing and maintaining processes to ensure knowledge management efforts are shaping strategy and informing key decision making
  • Creating collaborative tools to facilitate sharing of ideas that are of use to colleagues, and other partners
  • Assisting with maintaining the Office's websites to include SharePoint website and Office Roster
  • Creating or implementing automation tools to realize efficiencies in administrative and operational processes

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • At least 5 years of experience working with MS SharePoint
  • Current knowledge on MS Office Suite
  • Experience conducting data and statistic manipulation
  • Certified as an Administrator on MS SharePoint
  • Strong skills in typing, organizing,
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Professional applications
  • Experience with Tableau software


  • Successful completion of MS Certified Solutions Expert, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint

Work Setting and Environment:

  • Monday - Friday, normal business hours
  • Work is to be performed at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB) in Washington, DC
  • On-site federal contractors, in federal buildings or on federal lands must comply with CDC guidelines with respect to wearing masks, maintaining physical distance, and other public health measures
