Job Title: Senior Producer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a senior visual media producer who can help take public perception of our government customer, 1st Cavalry Division, to the next level.

The purpose of this position is to manage the entire production process of the government customer's visual media. If you are a creative problem solver, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities Include:

  • Working with team to produce realistic schedules and milestone plans that are focused on the delivery of high-quality features and assets
  • Communicating with Public Affairs team on development status and project risks
  • Collaborating with leads to determine best practices, development pipelines and resource allocation
  • Assisting with communication strategy development, planning, and execution
  • Focusing efforts on effective communications to improve the public's understanding of the government customer by informing the force and community through traditional, digital, and social media mediums
  • Working with the 1st CAV PAO team to produce new ideas for division branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
  • Evaluating trends, assessing new data, and keeping up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
  • Creating and implementing tailored marketing plans based on 1st CAV requirements.
  • Directing brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
  • Shaping brand standards and creating procedures to ensure all deliverables are appropriate to the 1st CAV brand.
  • Meeting the daily workflow expectations, managing project workload, and monitoring deadlines.
  • Developing exceptional and well-crafted copy that meets 1st CAV's requirements

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • A favorable National Agency Check and Inquiries (NACI) investigation OR a valid Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in management/producing or two years of experience as a senior producer or in related field
  • Ensuring quality assurance
  • A strong eye for visual composition
  • Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models
  • Must be a creative and strategic thinker
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite apps including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Premier, and Audition
  • Familiarity with Canva

Work Setting and Environment:

  • Monday - Friday, normal business hours
  • Work is to be performed at 1st Cavalry Division Headquarters, Building 28000, Battalion Ave., Fort Hood, Texas
  • On-site federal contractors, in federal buildings or on federal lands must comply with CDC guidelines with respect to wearing masks, maintaining physical distance, and other public health measures
